Stay Healthy!

Cold weather has arrived and with it our players are already starting to get sick. It is your responsibility as a player to stay warm, drink plenty of liquids, and get lots of sleep so as not to get sick! Don’t let your team mates down by catching a cold, an ear infection, a soar throat, etc.
