ARWPC will be running winter water polo at the RAC. Girls on Mon/Wed nights from 7:15 to 9pm and Boys on Tues/Thurs 7:15 to 9pm. Go to arwpc.com to sign up.

California Capital Aquatics (CCA) is offering a Winter High School Training Program. The program is designed for high school swimmers to get extra training prior to their high school swim season. Swimmers must have previous swim team experience.
